Only start grouting once the tile adhesive has completely dried.
Do not re-mix or use hardened mortar.
Follow relevant standards and codes for the grouting process
Store Conpac Mix TJF in a dry, well-ventilated area off the ground to avoid moisture contamination.
Do not use hard or lumpy material, as it may affect the performance of the grout

How to Apply

Background Preparation: Ensure the tile joints are clean, free from dust, and any other contaminants. Apply potable water to neutralize the suction in the background, but avoid excess water in the joints.
Mixing:
- For TJF Type A (Grade ‘A’ joints up to 5mm): Add 8.5 liters of potable water per 25 kg bag (approximately 34% by weight).
- For TJF Type B (Grade ‘B’ joints 5-12mm): Add 8 liters of potable water per 25 kg bag (approximately 32% by weight).
  Mix the water and TJF powder in a clean, uncontaminated receptacle using an electric agitator until a smooth and uniform paste is achieved.
Curing: Let the grout cure according to the relevant standards and procedures.
