How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as dust, oil, and grease. Use appropriate cleaning agents and allow surfaces to dry before application.
Masking:
- Mask the areas around the joint to ensure precise and controlled application.
Application:
- Apply CPSealXtra PU FR using a standard caulking gun. Ensure the sealant is applied evenly and continuously along the joint, achieving full contact with both surfaces.
Tooling:
- Use a spatula or similar tool to smooth and finish the sealant, ensuring proper adhesion and appearance.
Curing:
- Allow the sealant to cure for the recommended period (typically 24-48 hours, depending on environmental conditions) before subjecting the joints to any movement or traffic.
