How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Clean all surfaces to be sealed, ensuring they are free from dirt, dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Use appropriate solvents or detergents and allow surfaces to dry before applying the sealant.
Masking:
- Mask the areas around the joint to ensure neat and controlled application.
Application:
- Apply CPSealXtra PU using a standard caulking gun. Ensure continuous application along the joint, ensuring full contact with both surfaces of the joint.
Tooling:
- Tool the sealant with a spatula or similar tool to smooth and shape the surface of the sealant.
Curing:
- Allow the sealant to cure for the recommended time (typically 24-48 hours, depending on environmental conditions) before exposing the joints to stress or traffic.
