  • PG: 4-liter set
  • Coverage:
    GG (General Grade): 25 running meters for a 10 x 10 mm joint per 2.5-liter set.
    PG (Premium Grade): 40 running meters for a 10 x 10 mm joint per 4-liter set.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, grease, or other contaminants. Clean surfaces using appropriate solvents or detergents and allow them to dry before application.
  2. Masking:
    • Mask the areas around the joint to ensure a neat, controlled application of the sealant.
  3. Application:
    • Apply CP SealXtra PS using a standard caulking gun or automated dispensing equipment, depending on the project requirements.
    • Ensure that the sealant is applied continuously along the joint, ensuring full contact with the surfaces on both sides of the joint.
  4. Tooling:
    • Tool the sealant with a spatula or similar tool to smooth the surface and ensure proper adhesion to the joint surfaces.
  5. Curing:
    • Allow the sealant to cure for the recommended time (typically 24-48 hours, depending on environmental conditions). Ensure that the sealant is fully cured before exposing the joints to stress or traffic.
