How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure that all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or other contaminants. Clean surfaces using suitable solvents or detergents, then allow them to dry completely.
Masking:
- Mask the surrounding areas to achieve a neat and controlled application of the sealant.
Application:
- Apply CPSealXtra LM using a standard caulking gun or automated dispensing equipment. Ensure that the sealant is applied evenly and continuously along the joint, ensuring full adhesion to both surfaces.
Tooling:
- Tool the sealant with a spatula or similar tool to smooth the surface and ensure proper adhesion to the joint surfaces.
Curing:
- Allow the sealant to cure for the recommended period (typically 24-48 hours, depending on environmental conditions). Ensure that the sealant is fully cured before subjecting the joints to any stress or traffic.
