How to Apply

Surface Preparation

Ensure that all surfaces to be poured are clean, free from dust, grease, and other contaminants that could affect adhesion.
For large applications, consider preparing the area with formwork to maintain the desired shape of the concrete.

Mixing

Add the appropriate amount of potable water to the DPMC mix as per the desired consistency.
Use a mechanical mixer for best results to achieve a uniform, lump-free mix.
Mix until the consistency is smooth and uniform.

Application

Pour the mixed concrete into the prepared area immediately after mixing.
Level and smooth the surface as required.
Ensure proper compaction to eliminate air pockets and ensure a strong, durable finish.

Curing

Allow the concrete to cure for a minimum of 7 days to reach its full strength.

During curing, ensure that the concrete remains moist and protected from rapid drying or extreme temperatures.
