How to Apply

Surface Preparation

  1. Ensure the surface is clean and free from any dust, grease, or other contaminants that could affect adhesion.
  2. Prepare the blocks or bricks to be laid, ensuring they are dry and properly positioned.

Mixing

  1. Add the appropriate amount of potable water to the CM4 mortar to achieve a uniform and workable consistency.
  2. Use a mechanical mixer for larger quantities or a hand trowel for small batches.
  3. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps or uneven consistency.

Laying Mortar

  1. Apply the CM4 mortar to the blocks or bricks using a trowel.
  2. Ensure the mortar is spread evenly to the required thickness for effective bonding.
  3. Level the surface as needed.
  4. Allow the mortar to set for approximately 30 minutes before removing any excessive material.

Curing

  1. Allow the mortar to cure for a minimum of 48 hours to ensure maximum strength and adhesion.
