Composition: White Portland Cement
Packaging: 25 kg/bag
Pot Life: Approximately 40 minutes
Coverage: 0.8 m² at 18mm thickness per bag
Curing Requirements: Minimum 48 hours
Water: Use potable water for mixing.

Curing:
Allow the Scratch Coat to cure for a minimum of 48 hours before further treatment or application of any additional finishes.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any loose material.
Mixing:
Mix Scratch Coat with potable water to a smooth, lump-free consistency.
Application:
Apply the mixed Scratch Coat in a single coat onto the prepared background to a thickness of 18mm.
Level the surface using a steel float. Ensure the surface is uniformly closed and smooth.
Finishing:
After approximately 2-3 hours (depending on ambient conditions), when the plaster is still “green,” use a nail float or scraper to create the desired scratch finish. This process gives the surface a textured appearance.
