Technical Data

Composition: White Portland Cement
Packaging: 25 kg/bag
Pot Life: Approximately 40 minutes
Coverage: 0.8 m² at 18mm thickness per bag
Curing Requirements: Minimum 48 hours
Water: Use potable water for mixing.

Curing:
Allow the ERP plaster to cure for a minimum of 48 hours before further treatment or application of any additional finishes.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any loose material.
Mixing:
Mix ERP with potable water to a smooth, lump-free consistency.
Application:
Apply the mixed ERP in a single coat onto the prepared background to a thickness of 18mm.
Level the surface using a steel float.
Finishing:
After approximately 1.5 hours (depending on ambient conditions), apply the desired finishing technique:
1. Sponge Float: Achieve a wavy, semi-rough traditional finish.
2. Wood or Plastic Float: Create an even and rough texture, as desired.
