  • Composition: White Portland Cement

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any dust or loose particles.
    • Apply to prepared backgrounds, such as concrete or plaster.
  2. Mixing:
    • Mix Concoat SP3 with potable water until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
  3. Application:
    • Apply Concoat SP3 to a thickness of 1.5-2 mm over the surface.
  4. Finishing Techniques:
    • Float Finish: Use a plastic trowel to work the plaster over the surface in circular, horizontal, or vertical motions to achieve a semi-rough, thin coat decorative render.
    • Textured Spray Finish: Use a power pattern spray gun or Tyrolean box to achieve a textured finish, creating varied surface patterns.
  5. Curing:
    • Allow the plaster to cure for at least 48 hours before any further work is done on the surface.
