How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the background is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any loose material.
Mixing:
- Mix APP with potable water to achieve a consistent and lump-free slurry.
First Coat:
- Apply a trowel-applied first coat to the prepared background, achieving a thickness of 5-6 mm.
- Leave the surface open to facilitate bonding with subsequent layers.
Subsequent Coats:
- Build up the remaining thickness (minimum 12 mm total) by applying multiple coats.
- Use a power-pattern spray gun or Tyrolean box to apply the additional layers.
- Allow sufficient time between coats for the previous layer to stiffen.
Final Texture:

Achieve a rough Tyrolean-like texture using the spray technique for optimal acoustic performance.
