Technical Data

  • Composition: White Portland Cement
  • Packaging: 25 kg/bag
  • Pot Life: Approximately 45 minutes
  • Coverage: 5.1 m² at 3mm thickness per bag
  • Curing Requirements: Minimum 48 hours
  • Water: Use potable water for mixing.

Curing:
Allow the Heritage Plaster to cure for a minimum of 48 hours before further treatment or finish application.

How to Apply

  • Surface Preparation:
    Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any loose material.
  • Mixing:
    Mix CHP with potable water to a smooth, lump-free consistency.
  • Application:
    Apply CHP in a thin coat of 3-5mm thickness onto the prepared surface.
    To avoid grinning, double back and fill out to a uniform thickness. Work from a wet unset edge to complete an entire unbroken panel in one continuous operation.
    Level the surface using an aluminum straight edge.
  • Finishing:
    After the application, various finishes can be achieved by using different techniques:

    1. Sponge Float: For a slightly textured traditional finish.
    2. Wood or Plastic Float: For an even and rough texture.
