How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Use primers as required:
    • Uflex Primer No-1 for concrete/masonry.
    • Uflex Primer No-2 for metal, plastic, or aluminum.
  2. Repair Defects: Use ReCon repair materials for pinholes or cracks.
  3. Application:
    • Stir thoroughly before application.
    • Apply with a brush, roller, or airless spray at 400 microns WFT per coat.
    • Ensure perpendicular application of second coat for optimal coverage.
  4. Curing:
    • Touch dry in ~40 minutes.
    • Recoat after 2 hours.
  5. Critical Areas: Use Conpac mix ConTape for seams, overlaps, and joints for enhanced durability.

Precautions

  • Avoid eye contact. Seek medical attention if swallowed.
  • Store between 5°C and 30°C.
  • Do not allow to freeze or expose to direct sunlight.

Areas of Application

  • Protection and waterproofing of roofs, walls, bridges, tunnels, and other exposed structures.
  • Anti-carbonation and UV-resistant coating for car parks and aggressive environments.
