How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
  • Ensure the surface is clean, free of dust, grease, or old membrane systems.
  • Repair cracks, holes, and honeycombs using CP-ReCon GP.
  • At slab-wall junctions, create 25x25mm cement mortar fillets.
  1. Mixing:
  • Use pre-measured units. Gradually mix powder into the liquid with a low-speed drill until smooth. Avoid adding water or reworking stiffened mixes.
  1. Application Steps:
  • First Coat: Saturate the surface with water and apply the mix using a brush or roller. Leave to dry for 2-3 hours.
  • Second Coat: Apply after the first coat dries. Adjust mixing for spray or trowel application.
  • Final Coat: Allow the final coat to cure overnight, keeping it moist for 3-4 days.
  1. Curing:
  • Protect from wind, rain, and sunlight. Maintain moisture for 3-4 days.
  1. Protection Coat:
  • Apply a cement grout protection coat for enhanced durability.

Precautions:

  • Avoid contact with eyes. Seek medical help if ingested.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Disposal:

Do not reuse containers. Dispose of as per local regulations.
