How to Apply

1. Surface Preparation

  • Remove debris and clean tile surfaces thoroughly.
  • Avoid acid-based cleaners; if used, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Ensure substrate temperature is between 16°C (60°F) and 32°C (90°F).

2. Paste Preparation

  • Use white cement mixed with water to fill air gaps beneath tiles and walls (if needed).

3. Mixing Epoxy

  • Combine 270 grams of resin with 135 grams of hardener.
  • Add the selected pigment and mix thoroughly until the color is even.

4. Application

  • Use epoxy dispensers and scraper blades to apply the mixture evenly to tile joints.
  • Avoid excessive pressure to prevent bubbles or overflow.

5. Surface Smoothing

  • Use scraper blades to flatten the surface and remove excess epoxy within 24 hours.

6. Cleaning

  • Initial Cleaning (30–45 minutes post-application): Avoid touching the epoxy directly or using water. Use a trowel for safe cleaning.
  • Final Cleaning (Within 24 hours): Use a blade to carefully remove any excess epoxy particles along tile joints.

7. Drying and Finishing

  • Allow the epoxy to cure for 24 hours, achieving a clean, glass-like finish.

Precautions

  • Avoid contact with eyes; seek immediate medical attention if swallowed.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Disposal

  • Do not reuse containers. Dispose of waste materials responsibly, following local regulations.
