Storage and Shelf Life:

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, or other contaminants. Prepare the surface mechanically if necessary to achieve a rough, clean substrate.
Mixing:
- Thoroughly mix the CPResiGard Primer SB before application to ensure uniform consistency.
Application:
- Apply the primer evenly using a roller, brush, or spray equipment.
- Ensure a uniform coat is applied to the surface. The recommended coverage rate is between 7.5-9 m² per liter, depending on the surface texture.
Curing:
- Allow the primer to cure for 24 hours before applying the subsequent layer of ResiGard coatings.
