How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, or any contaminants that could affect adhesion. For optimal performance, prepare the surface mechanically if necessary.
Mixing:
- Stir the CPResiGard MB thoroughly before use to ensure a consistent mixture.
Application:
- Apply the moisture barrier epoxy coating evenly using a roller, brush, or spray equipment, ensuring full coverage across the surface.
- The recommended coverage is 7 m² per liter per coat, depending on the surface texture and porosity.
Curing:
- Allow the coating to cure completely before applying any subsequent layers of epoxy or polyurethane coatings. Full cure time may vary depending on environmental conditions, but allow at least 24 hours before proceeding.
