Shelf life: 12 months when stored in unopened, original containers.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- The substrate must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as oil, grease, dust, or laitance. Concrete surfaces should be mechanically prepared to achieve a sound bond.
Mixing:
- Mix the product thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of all components. CPResiGard ES WB is water-miscible, meaning water can be used to achieve the desired consistency for ease of application.
Application:
- Apply the screed evenly using a trowel, screed bar, or other suitable tools, ensuring that the product is applied at the recommended thickness of 5 mm.
- Use a steel trowel to smooth the surface to the desired finish.
Curing:
- CPResiGard ES WB requires 24-48 hours for initial curing, depending on ambient conditions.

Full curing may take up to 7 days. Avoid heavy traffic during this period to ensure maximum strength and durability
