Storage and Shelf Life:

Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, heat, and freezing conditions.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture, provided the product is stored in its original, unopened container.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from any contaminants such as dust, grease, or oils. Surface preparation, such as shot-blasting or diamond grinding, may be required to promote adhesion.
Mixing:
- Mix the base and hardener components thoroughly according to the provided guidelines to ensure proper chemical bonding and consistency.
Application:
- Apply CPResiGard ES using a trowel or spreader to achieve the desired coverage and thickness (0.2 m² per liter at 5 mm).
- Ensure uniform application and allow the product to self-level.
Curing:
- Allow the screed to cure at ambient temperature for 24-48 hours before light traffic. Full curing will occur after 7 days.
Topcoat (if applicable):
- While CPResiGard ES provides a durable finish, additional topcoats of epoxy or polyurethane coatings may be applied for aesthetic or additional protection needs.
