Technical Data

Coverage: 11 m² per liter per coat at 110 microns wet film thickness (50 microns dry film thickness).
Pack Sizes: Available in 1 liter and 5 liter containers.
Drying Time: Touch dry in approximately 2–4 hours (depending on ambient conditions).
Curing Time: Fully cured within 7 days at ambient temperature.

How to Apply

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation:

- Ensure the steel reinforcement is clean and free from rust, grease, oil, and other contaminants.
- Surface preparation should include abrasive techniques like sandblasting or wire brushing to achieve a clean, rough surface.

Mixing and Application:

- Mix CPReCon ST thoroughly before application.
- Apply the primer using a brush, roller, or spray equipment, ensuring an even coat.
- The recommended film thickness is 110 microns wet film thickness, resulting in 50 microns dry film thickness after curing.

Curing:

- Allow sufficient drying time before applying additional layers or topcoats. Ensure the primer is fully cured for maximum protection.

Packaging:

Available in 1 liter and 5 liter containers.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
