How to Apply

Application Instructions:

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Clean and prepare the crack area by removing any dust, debris, or loose material. Ensure the crack is accessible for the injection.
  1. Mixing:
    • Thoroughly mix the two components of CPReCon PUR as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
  1. Injection Process:
    • Inject the mixed resin into the cracks using appropriate injection equipment. Ensure that the crack is fully sealed.
    • For active leaks, use CPReCon PUR in combination with CPReCon PUF to provide a complete leak-stopping solution.
  1. Curing:
    • Allow the resin to cure fully, which typically takes a few hours depending on the ambient temperature and conditions.
