Substrate Requirements

The surface must be:

• Sound and Clean: Free from dirt, grease, oil, and loose plaster.
• Properly Cured: Newly applied plaster or leveling mortar should cure for at least 7 days.

Surface Preparation

1. Clean the Substrate: Remove impurities such as dust, debris, and curing agents.
2. Dampen the Wall: Wet the surface lightly before applying adhesive. Avoid excess water pooling.
3. Tile Preparation: Clean the tile backs to remove any dust or coatings.

Mixing Instructions

• Use clean water and a slow-speed drill mixer (≤ 300 rpm).
• Add CP Tile Gum to water and mix until a creamy, lump-free consistency is achieved.
• Mixing Ratio: 1 bag (20 kg) with 5-6 liters of water.

Installation Guidelines

1. Prepare the Surface: Wet the surface and remove excess water.
2. Apply the Adhesive:
   • Use the flat side of a trowel to evenly spread adhesive on the surface.
   • Use a notched trowel to ensure proper adhesive thickness.
3. Recommended Applications:
   • Wall Tiles: (1×1 ft.)
   • Floor Tiles: (2×2 ft.)
   • Exterior* and Interior Floor Tiles

Cleaning

Remove excess adhesive with a damp sponge or cloth before the mortar sets.
