Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Shelf life: 12 months in unopened bags under proper storage conditions.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of dust, grease, and loose particles.
    • Prime the surface using an appropriate primer to improve adhesion.
  2. Mixing:
    • Mix CP TekniFloor SLS5 with clean water using a mechanical mixer to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency.
    • Follow the recommended water-to-product ratio provided on the packaging.
  3. Application:
    • Pour the mixed screed onto the prepared surface and spread evenly using a trowel or a spiked roller.
    • Allow the product to self-level and eliminate air bubbles.
  4. Curing:
    • Protect the applied surface from direct sunlight and excessive wind during the curing period.
    • The surface is typically ready for light foot traffic within 24 hours and can accept floor finishes after 48–72 hours, depending on ambient conditions.
