CP TekniFloor SLS20 is a high-strength, self-leveling cementitious screed formulated for heavy-duty applications. It serves as an overlay up to 20 mm thickness in a single layer, making it ideal for reinstating existing or new concrete floors subjected to heavy movements such as industrial equipment and forklifts. It can also be used as an underlayment for carpet, ceramic tiles, vinyl flooring, and epoxy floor systems in commercial and industrial spaces.

Store in a cool, dry environment, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Shelf life: 12 months in unopened packaging under ideal storage conditions.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound, and free from grease, oil, dust, or loose particles.
    • Prime the surface with a suitable primer to improve adhesion.
  2. Mixing:
    • Mix CP TekniFloor SLS20 with clean, potable water using a mechanical mixer until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved.
    • Adhere to the recommended water-to-product ratio mentioned on the bag for optimal results.
  3. Application:
    • Pour the mixed product onto the prepared substrate and spread evenly using a trowel or float.
    • Use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and ensure a consistent finish.
  4. Curing:
    • Protect the freshly applied screed from excessive wind, sunlight, and moisture during curing.

Allow light traffic after 24–48 hours, depending on ambient conditions. Final finishes can be applied after the screed has fully cured, typically 72 hours.
