Coverage:

  • Approximate Coverage: 3.75 m² per 25 kg bag at 4 mm thickness.

Packaging: Supplied in 25 kg bags

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Shelf life: 12 months in unopened bags under proper storage conditions.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of contaminants like grease, oil, and loose debris.
    • Prime the surface with a suitable primer to enhance bonding.
  2. Mixing:
    • Mix CP TekniFloor SLS10 with clean water using a mechanical mixer to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency.
    • Follow the water-to-product ratio indicated on the packaging for optimal performance.
  3. Application:
    • Pour the mixed screed onto the prepared substrate.
    • Use a trowel or spiked roller to distribute the material evenly and eliminate air bubbles.
    • Allow the product to self-level and settle naturally.
  4. Curing:
    • Protect the freshly applied screed from direct sunlight, excessive wind, and water during the curing period.

Light foot traffic is typically possible after 24 hours, with final finishes applied after 48–72 hours, depending on ambient conditions
