  • Composition: Portland Cement-Based

  • Pot Life: Approximately 30 minutes
  • Coverage: 1 m² at 15 mm thickness per bag
  • Curing Time: Minimum 48 hours with potable water

  • Storage and Shelf Life:
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Shelf Life: 6 months from the date of manufacture in unopened, original packaging.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Clean and pre-wet the surface to remove dust, grease, and loose particles.
  2. Mixing:
    • Add SCR to potable water and mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency.
  3. Application Method:
    • First Coat:
      • Apply SCR as a spatter dash/rush coat to the prepared surface with a thickness of 4-8 mm.
      • Ensure a rough texture is achieved to provide a mechanical key for the second coat.
      • Allow a curing period of minimum 48 hours, ensuring water curing 3-4 times daily during this time.
    • Second/Final Coat:
      • Apply the second coat to build up a total thickness of up to 20 mm.
      • Finish the surface using a felting or floating technique.
      • When using a plastering machine, ensure continuous application and finish manually to achieve the desired thickness and smoothness.
  4. Curing:
    • Adequate water curing is essential to ensure durability and strength.
