Coverage:

  • Coverage: 2 m² per set (20 liters) at a thickness of 10 mm.

Packaging:

  • Available in 10-liter and 20-liter sets.

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or freezing temperatures.
  • Shelf life: 12 months in unopened, original packaging.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants. Surface preparation such as grinding or shot-blasting may be required for optimal adhesion.
  2. Mixing:
    • Thoroughly mix the base and hardener components according to the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure uniformity and proper curing.
  3. Application:
    • Apply CP ResiGard RS10 using a trowel, roller, or squeegee. The product will self-level, providing a smooth and seamless finish.
    • Ensure the application is uniform, aiming for a coverage of 2 m² per set at 10 mm thickness.
  4. Curing:
    • Allow the material to cure for at least 24-48 hours before light traffic. Full curing typically takes up to 7 days under ideal conditions.
  5. Topcoat (if applicable):

If used as an underlayment, CP ResiGard RS10 can be topped with other epoxy or polyurethane coatings for additional performance or aesthetic appeal.
