How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Clean and prepare the surface by removing dirt, grease, oil, and any other contaminants. Ensure that the surface is dry and free of any loose material.
- For concrete surfaces, it is recommended to repair any cracks or imperfections before application.
Mixing:
- Mix CP ResiGard PU thoroughly before use to ensure a consistent application. The product is available in both clear and pigmented formulations.
Application:
- Apply using a brush, roller, or spray equipment. For the best results, apply the coating in thin, even layers.
- The recommended coverage for clear is 10 m² per liter per coat at 100 microns WFT, and for pigmented is 5 m² per liter per coat at 180 microns WFT.
- Ensure that the coating is applied at the specified thickness to achieve optimal performance.
Curing:

Allow adequate curing time before exposing the surface to normal use. Typically, full curing occurs within 24-48 hours, depending on environmental conditions
