Technical Data

Coverage:

  • For Floors: 7 m² per liter per coat at 130 microns wet film thickness (wft), which equals 75 microns dry film thickness (dft).
  • For Walls: 11 m² per liter per coat at 86 microns wft, which equals 50 microns dft.

Packaging: Available in 5-liter sets

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.

Shelf life: 12 months when stored in unopened, original packaging

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure the surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as oils, grease, dust, and loose particles. Concrete surfaces should be properly prepared by removing laitance, curing compounds, and other residues. Steel surfaces should be abrasive blasted to achieve the proper surface profile.
  2. Mixing:
    • Mix the base and hardener components in the specified ratio until fully combined. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure the correct mix for optimal performance.
  3. Application:
    • Apply the coating evenly to the prepared surface using a roller, brush, or airless spray equipment.
    • For floors, apply at a wet film thickness of 130 microns (75 microns dry film thickness).
    • For walls, apply at a wet film thickness of 86 microns (50 microns dry film thickness).
    • Allow each coat to dry completely before applying additional coats.
  4. Curing Time:

Allow the coating to cure for 24 to 48 hours, depending on environmental conditions. Full cure may take up to 7 days
