Technical Data

Coverage: Approximately 10 m² per liter per coat at 100 microns wet film thickness (wft), which corresponds to 50 microns dry film thickness (dft).

Packaging: Available in 5 liter and 10 liter sets.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store in a cool, dry location, away from direct sunlight and freezing conditions.
Shelf life: 12 months when stored in original, unopened packaging.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
- Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants such as oil, grease, or dust. Concrete surfaces should be properly prepared by removing laitance and any residues. For metal surfaces, abrasive blasting or grinding is recommended to achieve proper surface roughness.
Mixing:
- Thoroughly mix the base and hardener components in the specified ratio. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure proper blending for optimal performance.
Application:
- Apply CP ResiGard EC using a roller, brush, or airless spray equipment, ensuring an even, smooth coat.
- Apply at a wet film thickness of 100 microns (50 microns dry film thickness).
- Allow the first coat to dry fully before applying subsequent coats.
Curing Time:
- Allow the coating to cure for 24 to 48 hours depending on the environmental conditions. Full cure may take up to 7 days.
