Coverage: 9 m² per liter per coat at 110 microns wet film thickness (50 microns dry film thickness).
Pack Sizes: Available in 1 liter and 5 liter containers.
Drying Time: Touch dry in approximately 2–4 hours (depending on ambient conditions).
Curing Time: Fully cured within 7 days at ambient temperature.

How to Apply

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation:

- Ensure that the steel reinforcement is free from rust, mill scale, oil, grease, or any other contaminants.
- The surface should be clean and dry before applying the primer. Use abrasive methods such as sandblasting or wire brushing to prepare the steel surface.

Mixing and Application:

- Mix CP ReCon Zinc thoroughly before use.
- Apply the primer using a brush, roller, or spray equipment, ensuring even coverage.
- The recommended film thickness is 110 microns wet film thickness, which results in 50 microns dry film thickness after curing.

Curing:

- Allow the primer to dry completely before applying any subsequent layers or topcoats, such as CP ReCon repair mortars or protective coatings.

Packaging:

Available in 1 liter and 5 liter containers.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store CP ReCon Zinc in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
