How to Apply

Mixing Instructions:

Preparation: Clean the repair surface to remove any dust, dirt, or loose material.
Mixing Ratio: Add approximately 3.5–4 liters of clean water per 50 kg set of CP ReCon RESC.
Mixing Process: Gradually add CP ReCon RESC to the water while mixing with a low-speed drill and paddle for 3–5 minutes to achieve a smooth, lump-free consistency.
Consistency Adjustment: Adjust the water content slightly to achieve the desired consistency, ensuring it’s not too dry or too runny.

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation: Ensure that the substrate is clean and sound. Pre-wet the surface if necessary to achieve a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.
Placing the Material: Apply the mixed material onto the prepared surface, ensuring even coverage and proper filling of cracks or damaged areas.
Surface Finishing: Smooth the surface with a trowel for an even finish.
Curing: Cure the applied material by keeping it moist for at least 7 days to ensure full strength development.

Packaging:

Available in 50 kg sets.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store CP ReCon RESC in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
