CP ReCon PH

Technical Data

  • Yield: 16.2 liters per 25 kg bag
  • Coverage: 16.2 m² per 25 kg bag at 1 mm thickness
  • Mixing Ratio: Approximately 5.5 to 6 liters of clean water per 25 kg bag
  • Setting Time: Initial set in 45 minutes; final set in 2 hours (depending on ambient conditions)

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:

  1. Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of oil, grease, or loose material.
  2. Pre-wet the surface to achieve a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.
  3. Remove laitance or contaminants using appropriate mechanical means if required.

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Gradually add CP ReCon PH to clean, potable water in a clean mixing container.
  2. Mix using a low-speed drill and paddle for 2–3 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
  3. Adjust water content slightly for the desired consistency, ensuring not to exceed the recommended mixing ratio.

Application Process:

  1. Use a steel trowel or putty knife to apply the material onto the prepared surface.
  2. For best results, work the material into the imperfections and smooth out the surface.
  3. For thicker applications, apply multiple coats, ensuring the previous coat is partially cured.

  • 10 kg bags
  • 25 kg bags

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
