Volume Yield: 13 liters per 25 kg bag.
Coverage: 1 m² per 25 kg bag at 13 mm thickness.
Compressive Strength: ≥ 40 MPa at 28 days.
Bond Strength: ≥ 2.5 MPa.
Shrinkage: Free-flowing with minimized shrinkage.
Setting Time: Initial set in 1–2 hours; final set in 6–8 hours (depending on ambient conditions).

How to Apply

Mixing Instructions:

Preparation: Clean the repair surface thoroughly, removing any dust, grease, or loose material.
Mixing Ratio: Add approximately 3.5–4 liters of clean, potable water per 25 kg bag of CP ReCon PC.
Mixing Process: Gradually add CP ReCon PC to water while mixing with a low-speed drill and paddle for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
Consistency Adjustment: Adjust the water content as needed to achieve the desired consistency, ensuring not to exceed the recommended water amount.

Application Instructions:

Formwork: Set up appropriate formwork to contain the material during application, especially for vertical or overhead repairs.
Placing the Material: Pour or pump the mixed mortar into the formwork or voids, allowing it to fill the cavities and repair areas.
Surface Finishing: If necessary, use a trowel to smooth the surface after placing the material.
Curing: Cure the applied material by keeping it moist for at least 7 days to ensure optimal strength development.

Packaging:

Available in 25 kg bags.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store CP ReCon PC in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
