How to Apply

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Ensure that the surface to be repaired is clean, free of any dust, grease, or loose material.
  2. Mixing Ratio: Add approximately 3.5–4 liters of clean, potable water per 25 kg bag of CP ReCon MC40.
  3. Mixing Process: Gradually add CP ReCon MC40 to water while mixing using a low-speed drill and paddle for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
  4. Consistency Adjustment: Adjust the water as needed for the desired consistency, ensuring that the recommended water content is not exceeded.

Application Instructions:

  1. Formwork: Set up appropriate formwork to contain the material during the application process.
  2. Placing the Material: Pour or pump the material into the formwork, allowing it to flow into cavities and large voids.
  3. Surface Finishing: Smooth the surface of the repair using a trowel as needed.
  4. Curing: Cure the applied material by keeping it moist for at least 7 days to ensure optimal strength and durability.
