How to Apply

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean and free from dust, grease, or any loose material.
  2. Mixing Ratio: Add approximately 3.5–4 liters of clean, potable water per 25 kg bag of CP ReCon MC.
  3. Mixing Process: Gradually add CP ReCon MC to water while mixing using a low-speed drill and paddle for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
  4. Consistency Adjustment: Adjust the water as needed for the desired consistency, ensuring the recommended water content is not exceeded.

Application Instructions:

  1. Formwork: CP ReCon MC is designed to be used within formwork. Ensure the formwork is properly set up to contain the material during application.
  2. Placing the Material: Pour or pump the prepared material into the formwork, allowing it to flow and fill the cavity or void.
  3. Smoothing the Surface: Use a trowel to smooth the surface or ensure the material is evenly distributed if necessary.
  4. Curing: Cure the repair by keeping the applied material moist for at least 7 days to ensure maximum strength and durability.

Packaging:

  • Available in 25 kg bags.

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store CP ReCon MC in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
