How to Apply

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free from any dust, grease, or loose material. Pre-wet the substrate to achieve a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.
  2. Mixing Ratio: Add 4.5–5 liters of clean, potable water per 25 kg bag.
  3. Mixing Process: Gradually add CP ReCon HS to the water while mixing using a low-speed drill and paddle for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
  4. Consistency Adjustment: Add water as needed for desired consistency, without exceeding the recommended mixing ratio.

Application Instructions:

  1. Apply the mixed material using a steel trowel or putty knife to the prepared surface.
  2. Work the material into surface imperfections and smooth out for an even finish.
  3. For deeper repairs, apply multiple coats, ensuring the previous coat is partially cured before applying the next layer.
  4. Use a damp sponge or trowel to achieve the desired texture.

Curing Instructions:

  • Cure the repair with standard wet curing methods for 5–7 days to ensure optimal performance.
  • Protect the repaired surface from extreme weather conditions, including direct sunlight, rain, and frost.

Packaging:

  • Available in 10 kg and 25 kg bags.

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
