How to Apply

Mixing Instructions:

Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of dust, grease, or loose particles. Pre-wet the substrate to a saturated surface-dry (SSD) condition.
Mixing Ratio: Add 4.5–5 liters of clean water per 25 kg bag.
Procedure: Gradually mix CP ReCon GP into water using a low-speed drill and paddle. Mix for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
Adjust: Add water sparingly if needed to achieve the desired consistency, ensuring not to exceed the recommended mixing ratio.

Application Instructions:

Apply the material with a trowel or putty knife to the prepared surface.
Press firmly into the substrate to fill voids and ensure a smooth finish.
For deeper repairs, apply in layers, allowing partial curing between coats.
Use a damp sponge or trowel to texture the surface as needed.

Curing Instructions:

Cure the repaired area using standard wet curing methods for at least 5–7 days to achieve optimal performance.
Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and frost during the curing period.

Packaging:

Available in 10 kg and 25 kg bags.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging under proper storage conditions.
