Mixing Instructions:

1. Preparation: Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free from grease, dust, or any loose material. Pre-wet the surface to achieve a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) condition.
2. Mixing Ratio: Add approximately 5–6 liters of clean, potable water per 20 kg bag of CP ReCon 75LW.
3. Mixing Process: Gradually add CP ReCon 75LW to the water while mixing using a low-speed drill and paddle for 3–5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
4. Consistency Adjustment: Adjust water as needed for desired consistency, ensuring not to exceed the recommended mixing ratio.

Application Instructions:

1. For Trowel Application: Apply CP ReCon 75LW directly to the prepared surface using a steel trowel or putty knife, working the material into the surface and smoothing it out.
2. For Wet Spraying Application: For larger repairs, apply the mortar by wet spraying, especially in vertical and overhead locations. This method allows for thicker applications and more efficient use of the material.
3. Thickness: Apply the material at an average thickness of 75 mm in a single layer. For thicker repairs, multiple layers or wet spraying may be required.
4. Finish: After application, work the material to achieve a smooth finish or the desired texture.

Curing Instructions:

• Cure the applied material using standard wet curing techniques for 5–7 days to enhance its durability and strength.
• Protect the repair from extreme weather conditions such as direct sunlight or rain during the curing process.

Packaging:

• Available in 20 kg bags.

Storage and Shelf Life:

• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Shelf life is 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under recommended conditions.
