Coverage:

  • As Bonding Agent: 5-7 m² per liter per coat, depending on the surface texture and application method.
  • As Additive: 10-20% by weight of cement in repair mortars or other mixtures.

Packaging:

  • Available in 5, 20, and 200-liter containers.

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Shelf life: 12 months in unopened packaging when stored under proper conditions.

How to Apply

  1. As a Bonding Agent: Apply CP FitBond SBR directly to the surface to be bonded. Use a brush, roller, or sprayer for even application.
  2. As an Additive: Add 10-20% of CP FitBond SBR by weight of cement to the repair mortar mix and thoroughly mix before use.
  3. Apply the bonding agent to the prepared concrete surface, ensuring even coverage. Allow to dry to a tacky film before applying new concrete or mortar.
  4. When used in wet environments, ensure that the bonding agent is applied properly to maximize water resistance.
