Technical Data

  • Composition: Portland Cement-Based

  • Pot Life: Approximately 30 minutes

  • Curing Time: Minimum 48 hours with potable water

Storage and Shelf Life:

  • Storage: Keep in a dry, cool place away from moisture.
  • Shelf Life: Use within 6 months of manufacturing, if stored in original, unopened packaging.

How to Apply

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Ensure the surface is clean, damp, and free from dust, grease, and loose materials.
  2. Mixing:
    • Add CP2 to potable water and mix until a uniform consistency is achieved.
  3. Application Method:
    • First Coat:
      • Apply CP2 as a spatter dash/rush coat to a thickness of 4-8 mm on the prepared surface.
      • Obtain a rough texture to provide a mechanical key for the next coat.
      • Allow a curing period of minimum 48 hours, with water curing during this time.
    • Second/Final Coat:
      • Apply the second coat to achieve a total thickness of up to 20 mm.
      • Finish the surface using felting or floating techniques.
      • If a plaster spray machine is used, ensure a continuous application followed by manual finishing to meet specified requirements.

  • Walls and Ceilings: Applicable on blockwork, concrete, and mineral surfaces.
  • Finish Substrate: Perfect base for paint, wallpaper, or decorative plasters.
