  • Composition: Portland Cement
  • Packaging: 25 kg/bag
  • Pot Life: Approximately 45 minutes
  • Coverage: 0.6 m² at 20 mm thickness per bag
  • Curing: Minimum 72 hours
  • Water Requirement:
    • SC200: 7 liters per 50 kg bag (approximately 14% by weight)
    • SC200/10: 5 liters per 50 kg bag (approximately 10% by weight)

How to Apply

Surface Preparation

  1. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or any contaminants that could affect the adhesion.

Mixing

  1. SC200: Add 7 liters of potable water to a clean mixing container for every 50 kg bag of screed.
    SC200/10: Add 5 liters of potable water to a clean mixing container for every 50 kg bag of screed.
  2. Use a mechanical mixer to ensure a uniform, homogenous mix.
  3. Do not add any additional water beyond the recommended amount to ensure proper consistency.
  4. Avoid using set or hard mortar as it will compromise the quality of the mix.

Application

  1. Apply the screed onto the prepared substrate, ensuring an even and smooth layer.
  2. The thickness of the screed should be maintained at 20 mm.
  3. Follow relevant industry standards and codes of practice during the screeding process.

Curing

  1. Allow the screed to cure for a minimum of 72 hours before applying any flooring materials.
