1. Surface Preparation

• Remove debris and clean the tile surface lightly.
• Avoid acid-based cleaners; rinse thoroughly with water if used.
• Ensure substrate temperature is between 16°C (60°F) and 32°C (90°F).

2. Mixing Epoxy

• Combine 265 grams of resin with 135 grams of hardener.
• Add the desired pigment and mix thoroughly for 3–5 minutes until the color is even.

3. Application

• Ensure tiles are securely set and dry.
• Apply the mixed epoxy diagonally across the joints using a rubber float.
• Wait 15–20 minutes, then clean with a dry scrubber in circular motions to remove excess epoxy.
• Ensure all traces are removed before the material hardens.

4. Curing

• The grout sets within 24 hours and achieves full curing within 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and humidity.
