Substrate Requirements

The surface must be:

• Sound and Clean: Free of dirt, grease, oil, or loose plaster.
• Properly Cured: Ensure at least 7 days of curing for newly applied plaster or leveling mortar.

Surface Preparation

1. Clean the Substrate: Remove all dust, debris, and curing agents.
2. Dampen the Surface: Wet the area before applying adhesive, but avoid water pooling.
3. Tile Preparation: Clean the back of tiles to eliminate dust and coatings.

Mixing Instructions

• Use clean water and mix with a slow-speed drill mixer (≤ 300 rpm).
• Mixing Ratio: 1 bag (20 kg) with 6-7 liters of water.
• Mix to achieve a creamy, lump-free consistency.

Installation Guidelines

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure the substrate is clean and damp, but not wet.
2. Apply the Adhesive:
   • Use the flat side of a trowel to spread adhesive evenly.
   • Create grooves using a notched trowel to ensure proper bonding.
3. Recommended Applications:
   • Walls (8×4 ft., Exterior)
   • Large Stones
   • Swimming Pools
   • Water Tanks
   • Ceilings
   • Tile-on-Tile Applications
   • Waterproofing Areas
4. Ensure 100% adhesive coverage for maximum durability.

Cleaning

Remove excess adhesive with a damp sponge or cloth before the mortar dries.
