Substrate Requirements

The surface must be:

• Sound and clean.
• Free from dirt, grease, oil, or loose plaster.
• Properly cured for at least 7 days if plaster or leveling mortar is applied.

Surface Preparation

1. Clean the Substrate: Eliminate all dust, debris, and curing agents.
2. Dampen the Wall: Wet the surface before applying adhesive.
3. Tile Preparation: Clean the back of the tile to remove dust or coatings.

Mixing Instructions

• Use clean water and mix with a slow-speed electric drill mixer (≤ 300 rpm).
• Add C500 HS Grey Mortar to water and mix to achieve a creamy consistency.
• Mixing Ratio: 1 bag (25 kg) with 6-7 liters of water.

Installation Guidelines

1. Prepare the Surface: Wet the area and remove any excess water.
2. Apply the Adhesive:
   • Use the flat side of a trowel for even adhesive coverage.
   • Use a notched trowel for additional adhesive application.
3. Recommendations:
   • Wall Tiles (6×4)
   • Floor Tiles (8×4)
   • Tile-on-Tile for Walls and Floors
   • Exterior Wall and Floor Tiles
   • Exterior Cladding Stone
4. Ensure 100% coverage for complete adhesion and durability.

Cleaning

Wipe off excess adhesive from the tile surface with a damp sponge or cloth while the mortar is fresh.
